The Next Step Journey is a six week intensive program designed to enlighten, engage and transform the mindset of youth currently assigned to the Juvenile Justice System.
Two separate groups will consist of incarcerated youth and youth on probation:
The First Step group of incarcerated youth will participate in program at Santa Clara County's Juvenile Hall
The Next Step group of previously incarcerated youth and/or currently on probation will participate in program in a hotspot area within the City of San Jose.

Guiding youth to a positive lifestyle through healthy habits, changing mindsets and building individual growth for a stronger, safer community.

- To increase awareness of personal power and capacity
- To contribute in a meaningful and positive way to family, workplace and community
- To learn, heal and grow in a supportive and enriching environment.
- To value each individual for his or her diverse gifts, talents and asset
